With more than a decade of board-level expertise, I bring experience as a non-executive director, CEO, and coach.
As co-CEO of Weleda, I developed Weleda into the world’s No.1 natural and organic personal care company with € 430m in revenue, leading a team of 1250 in 22 countries.
Today, I support mission-driven CEOs, boards and founders in various sectors with a focus on consumer goods.
I bring expertise in corporate governance, marketing and sales, leadership, and a strong professional network when partnering with boards, entrepreneurs, and executives.
I hold an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a master’s degree in Geoecology from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany.
Additionally, I am a Certified Narrative Coach® and have specialized training in systemic organizational development.
I embrace mindfulness and curiosity, devour autobiographies and enjoy playing the piano in various ensembles. I live with my patchwork family near Basel.
